1 hour of internet cost me almost $6. So you better read this.

All right. So the trip has continued to be awesome. We woke up early this morning (5:30am) to catch a train from Conway to Keswick. The country side was almost too much. It was miles and miles of lush, rolling green hills and fields that were filled with white sheep and long rock walls. It truly looked just like a movie. Every valley that we passed by took all of our breaths away. The sky is almost always cloudy, but when light does finally get through its magical. Everything is so green and healthy. This place is simply elegant.
Last night we had dinner at an authentic Italian place. We were all extremely hungry from our trip to see the Conway Castle. I would recommend looking it up, while we take a few days to upload the pictures. We arrived in Keswick around noon. Checked in with our hostel and headed out to find the downtown and a authentic fish and chips shop. After lunch we caught a few street performers and gathered information on what to do for the rest of the day. We planned a full golf game, but decided on a shorter pitch and putt game of golf. It was RAINING during our game. This has been a particularly wet week for this area. We sloshed around in the mud and had a fun and frustrating round of golf. We all did well, john won.
As I speak, the boys are off hiking around the lake. Instead of going out in the rain again, i decided to sit here awhile, dry off, get coffee and give you an update.
I believe that we uploaded a few pictures from Ireland.

Things i have learned:
-Always pack an umbrella in the British isles, or you will be forced to buy one.
-They dont have condiments they have "sauces": red sauce is ketchup, white is mayo, brown is bbq sauce?
-Their milkshakes are not the same. They SHAKE powdered chocolate with milk. No ice cream!
-Europeans, generally, are not the best servers.
-We dont have to tip at dinner!
-As soon as you take your rain jacket off, it will start raining again.
Ciao. I am off to do a little shopping, then plan on meeting up with the boys at 6 for dinner.
We are all still alive.

Hey guys! Glad you are having so much fun and your experiences are amazing. Good and bad!

Quick thoughts...try to see Warwick Castle if you have time. Nick has been there, although, he was just a wee chap at the time. Also, when in London try and pop into Harrods. You will not be able to buy anything really with the exception of a Harrods shopping bag and/or a trip to the loo (approx 5 USD for this privilege - take care of business at the train station before you go in!) It is the department store to beat all though. The stuff you only dream of. And their food court...to die for! I will let you know if I think of anything else.

Hugs to all....Mom Paula

Mimi reminded me of this, however, she could not post a comment as she could not read the verification letters! She said to not wear shorts into Harrods if you go as they will not allow you in if you do.
